How do I submit a support ticket?
- To submit a support ticket, you must first be signed into your account.
- After you are signed into your account, select Customer Support from the navigation menu at the top of the website.
- Next, enter a minimum of 3 words to describe your issue. The support system will try to find a suitable answer for you from the Frequently Asked Questions FAQs to address your issue.
- If the FAQs do not address your issue, a message will appear that will allow you to submit a support ticket by clicking the Send us a message button.
- You can then enter the subject and a detailed message of your issue and submit your support ticket by clicking Submit ticket.
